“Katherine is a gifted, knowledgeable instructor. She brought my love of Pilates back to life with her super clear, concise instructions and organic, intelligent sequencing. I would recommend her Pilates classes to anyone, regardless of age or capacity.”
-Madelyn B.
"I worked with Katherine privately after a new knee injury. I am a professional dancer and appreciated Katherine's sensitivity and clarity when we worked together. Her wealth of knowledge surrounding the body and her use of imagery is helpful to find proper alignment. I gained strength after my injury, and increased my overall stability and awareness."
-Juliet P.
“Katherine brings imaginative description, technical skill, and compassion to her classes. Her kind and welcoming demeanor creates a safe space for beginners and advanced students alike to practice together. She caters to students' needs and is extremely open to questions and feedback. I cannot recommend Katherine's classes enough!”
-Annalise C.
"I feel supported through Katherine's practice while simultaneously challenged. There is a calmness to the vigor of each session that leaves me feeling stronger and more relaxed. Thanks to her, I feel welcomed and more embodied through Pilates than ever before."

Online Class Schedule and Information*
Tuesday 12/8 9am PT Pilates Mat (Mixed Level)
All mat classes are 45-55 minutes long unless otherwise indicated. You will need a Pilates or yoga mat - you can substitute a thick blanket or towel or you take class on a soft floor surface such as a rug or carpet. We do not use props in class, but I recommend finding something to use as a bolster - a yoga block, a thick book, a small pillow, or a rolled up towel will work. Classes are taught via Zoom and are donation based. Donations are accepted through Venmo.
*Class schedule changes every week. Check back every Sunday for updates.
